Required:
- Experience with Acumatica
- Minimum of 5+ years of ERP software consulting and/or implementation experience from statement of work creation to ongoing support after implementation
- Minimum 2+ years of people management or team lead experience of 5+ direct reports, overseeing consultants through successful ERP implementations
- Proven experience as a consultant, with the ability to understand both the technical and business process sides of ERP solutions required
- Demonstrated understanding for how to manage client relationships and ensure quality of delivery across multiple projects required
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and guide a team while delegating responsibilities appropriately required
Desired:
- Prior experience in a start-up or small VAR environment, with exposure to “wearing multiple hats” and helping grow a practice
- Familiarity with Statements of Work (SOW) and customer contracts; skilled at reviewing deliverables, ensuring compliance, and supporting seamless execution for ERP customers
- Background in manufacturing or financial industries

Summary / Responsibilities –
opportunity to lead a high-performing consulting team and implement the vision and growth of our Acumatica practice
Within the first 30-60 days:
- Attend training sessions with the Director of Consulting to learn corporate policies, Acumatica product methodology, case resolution, contract management, team leadership, and best practices for forecasting and time management.
- Build strong relationships through 1:1s with the Director, Consultants, Project Managers, and Sales, while leading ongoing check-ins to align priorities, performance, and customer success.
- Join customer meetings to introduce themselves and begin taking on Project Executive check-ins to build rapport and strengthen client relationships.
Within the next 3-6 months and ongoing:
- Takes ownership of driving the implementation vision, growth, and financial goals by adhering to defined processes and methodologies and leveraging team strengths to deliver high-quality results.
- Has strategized and shared a plan to decrease case queue response times and maintains reporting of weekly statuses around things such as budget to actuals and team utilization.
- Meet monthly with Marketing teams to align campaign objectives with team member training initiatives, and upcoming content needs.
- Stay informed on pre-sales pipeline and upon contract signature, take ownership of team resource allocation based on the skills matrices to support operational efficiency.
Within the next 6-12 months and ongoing:
- Demonstrate confidence and adaptability under pressure, has built trusted relationships with executives and customers in a Project Executive capacity, and host weekly 1:1s with direct reports to drive development and strengthen the Consulting team.
- Provide financial support by reviewing forecasting goals and resource needs and analyze project profitability monthly to coach team members and increase accuracy and profitability.
- By 9 months, collaborates with the Director to finalize individualized growth plans using the skills matrix and oversee their implementation to support professional development and departmental goals.
- Is planning with the practice Director what the goal and vision for the practice is for the next 12-18 months and is determining how to operationalize those goals for the team.
